Job Title: IT Project/Program Manager
Location: Chicago/ Peoria, IL
Contract: 12 Months
Hourly Rate: $63.00 (W2)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project/program management across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project charters, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
- Lead planning and execution from concept to implementation.
- Utilize tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project for tracking and reporting.
- Ensure timely decision-making and manage organizational change effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree 8 years experience OR Master’s 6 years experience.
Technical Skills:
- 6 years in IT project/program management with Agile methodology.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
- Strong strategic thinking and change management experience.
Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP, CSM, Change Management, Six Sigma Black Belt.
