Job Title - Electrical Engineer III

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the development of industrial and electrified products for a global equipment manufacturer.
This role will work closely with engineering teams to review electrical systems, identify potential risks, evaluate test results, and help ensure products meet safety and performance requirements before release. You'll be involved in technical discussions, design reviews, risk assessments, and problem-solving activities across multiple product programs.
What You'll Do
- Work with engineering teams throughout product development.
- Review electrical designs, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Participate in DFMEA, risk assessments, and safety reviews.
- Support root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Lead technical discussions and coordinate action items.
- Help ensure products meet safety, certification, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams on new product development efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and product development.
- Experience with industrial electrical equipment, power electronics, motors, inverters, control systems, switchgear, battery systems, or electrified products.
- Experience with DFMEA, FMEA, risk assessments, hazard analysis, or product safety activities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.
