We’re Hiring: Automotive Manager III – Fleet Capacity Planning
Location: Nashville, TN or Seattle, WA – Hybrid (3-4 days in office)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Are you passionate about data-driven planning, fleet operations, and innovative program management? We’re seeking a Technical Program Product Manager III to join our dynamic team within payments, helping optimize fleet operations and build scalable capacity planning tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and manage capacity planning and forecasting tools to optimize fleet service operations.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority, to deliver business outcomes.
- Balance business needs with technical constraints, working backwards from customer requirements.
- Contribute to a fast-growing, innovative business, driving impact across the organization.

- Data inquiry and sourcing skills
- Analysis, modeling, and forecasting expertise
- Strong written communication and storytelling of complex data
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with fleet services, capacity planning, or automotive operations (Class 4-6 vehicles; Tesla or other automotive models a plus).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, SQL, and other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience in translating large datasets into simplified views for stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong product and program management skills.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Capacity coverage: ensuring fleet needs are adequately met.
- Forecast accuracy: developing models for fleet planning, including maintenance.
