What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Manager position at Harvey Nah?
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing all infrastructure operations and infrastructure engineering to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the organization’s IT environment. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas such as network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, cloud services, and telecommunications systems. The successful candidate will lead infrastructure teams, establish strategic direction, manage complex projects, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and service issues. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all infrastructure domains. Requirements for candidates are described below. QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, including 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Demonstrated experience in infrastructure architecture, network engineering, server administration, and enterprise systems management.
Education Substitute: High school diploma and 8 years of directly related infrastructure experience.
