Onsite: ConcordSupporting the following:SharePoint Restructuring: Upload files, create document sets, enter metadata, and assist in creating an administrative procedure and user guide.Document Management: Create, organize, scan, upload, and maintain hard copy files.Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of reports and perform financial calculations related to work order accounts.Project Routing Assistance: Help route applicant projects for review, gather comments, and draft response letters.Clerical support: Preparation of labels for mail-outs and responding to customer inquiries. Minimum Qualifications:Three (3) years of responsible general clerical or customer service experience involving frequent public contact. The hiring range for this position is $25 to $27 per hour.
