THE ROLE
This is our most important hire before opening day. As Assistant Manager, you are the Founder's right hand — involved in building Harvest Market from the ground up. You won't be inheriting a system. You'll be helping build one.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist the Founder & CEO across all pre-opening and day-to-day operations
· Own the floor with full authority when the GM is unavailable
· Manage scheduling, payroll, and associate performance
· Oversee supplier relationships, inventory, and order replenishment
· Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of the opening team
· Ensure every member experience meets the Harvest standard
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· 3–5 years of retail or warehouse operations experience
· Prior supervisory or management experience
· Organized, tech-comfortable, and self-directed
· Genuinely excited about building something from scratch
· Based in Dallas, TX, or willing to relocate
