About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Perform and oversee balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage general ledger and journal entries
- Process biweekly payroll entries
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash forecasting
- Process intercompany billings
- Manage corporate credit card and gas card transactions
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience, job cost accounting preferred
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems required.
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Work Environment
- Full-time, in-office role
- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts
- Must be able to reliably commute to Orange, CA
