Job Description
As a Line Cook, you’ll play an important role in preparing and plating high-quality dishes that deliver a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has experience working in a professional kitchen, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistency, precision, and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes to exacting standards for both fine dining and brunch service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all work areas
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating guidelines consistently
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant required
- Brunch or breakfast service experience strongly valued
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
