Logistics & Work Environment
This full-time role is based at 2025 Main Street, Columbia.
This position requires flexibility to work various shifts between 5am - 8pm, mirroring the restaurant industry hours. The successful candidate will be part of a team that operates on a split-shift basis, seven days a week, including holidays (e.g. Thanksgiving and Christmas Day), on a rotating basis.
A Day In The Life
The Kitchen Associate will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of our kitchen operations, from prep work to meal distribution. This position requires a detail- oriented individual who can efficiently conduct tasks to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $17.00 per hour, equal with experience and qualifications.

To Qualify For This Position, You Must Have
- 1-2 years of prior Prep and/or Sous Chef experience strongly perferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a kitchen assistant, cook, or relevant role in fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Serve Safe Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
