Responsibilities
As a Machine Operator , you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed filling and packaging equipment to ensure consistent performance.
- Setting up and completing changeovers between product runs.
- Performing basic preventive maintenance and promptly reporting any mechanical or quality concerns.
- Monitoring product quality and line performance to achieve daily production and efficiency goals.
- Following all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Performing other related tasks assigned to support plant operations.
- At least one (1) year of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on work environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to producing high-quality results.
- A reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and support others.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical and be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- 6:30 pm – 7:00 am on a 2-2-3 rotation (two days on, two days off, three days on).
- 6:30am -7:00pm on a 2-2-3 rotation (two days on, two days off, three days on).
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces such as concrete for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift.
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds as part of daily tasks.
- Climb stairs, ladders, and platforms to inspect, operate, maintain, or troubleshoot equipment.
- Bend, twist, and kneel as needed to access machinery and perform maintenance or operational duties.
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying seasonal temperatures and humidity levels.
- Perform effectively in areas with high noise levels while wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Salary : $22 - $26
