Sales Agronomist
Harvest Harmonics is searching for elite, high-performing Technical Specialist to drive the expansion of our revolutionary YieldMax Program across California. This is an unparalleled opportunity to work with cutting-edge crop-boosting technology and precision satellite services while securing a 6-figure income.
We are looking for experienced industry sales experts that are self-starters ready to expand with an existing book of business with California’s top growers.
THE ROLE
You will be the face of the YieldMax Program—a complete solution that combines Crop Booster ™ with advanced Satellite Monitoring to significantly improve farming operations, increase yields, and reduce water/input dependence.
All Sales Agronomist, PCA (Pest Control Advisor), and Crop Tech Specialist with a book of business should apply.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are seeking proven performers who meet all of the following criteria:
- Technical Authority: Strong agronomic background or technical experience in crop health, crop management, soil health, and/or industry expert.
- Elite Sales History: Many years of proven, high-performance sales experience in agriculture.
- Existing Network: A personal book of business that includes 100 active growers/farmers.
- Acreage Network: A personal history of managing a book of business that collectively covers 5,000 acres.
COMPENSATION & REWARD
