What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabinet Maker position at Harvest + Co?
Woodworker / Cabinetmaker
Build Beautiful Work. Be Part of Something Meaningful.
$20-$25 /hour based on experience | Paid Holidays | PTO | Paid Birthday Off | Growth Opportunities
Would it change your work life if you could work for a woodworking company that valued craftsmanship, appreciated your effort, invested in your growth, and gave you the opportunity to build truly custom work instead of doing the same thing every day?
For most woodworkers, cabinetmakers, and carpenters, the answer is a big YES.
But finding a company that genuinely cares about its people seems harder than it should be.
Before I tell you about the position, let me tell you a little about my story.
I started Harvest Co as a side business in 2015 while teaching high school chemistry. I loved building things and dreamed of creating a company where craftsmanship, relationships, and integrity mattered.
Like many tradespeople, I've worked in environments where communication wasn't great, training was limited, and people were expected to simply "figure it out." Ideas weren't always heard, growth wasn't always encouraged, and work often became just another paycheck.
I knew if I ever built my own company, I wanted something different.
Fast forward to today.
We've weathered some difficult seasons—including a devastating shop fire—and rebuilt stronger than before. We're back in our shop, investing in new equipment, growing our team, and positioning ourselves for the next chapter of growth.
We're building more than cabinetry and furniture.
We're building a company that people are proud to be part of.
A place where quality matters.
A place where communication matters.
A place where people matter.
And because demand for our custom cabinetry and furniture continues to grow, we're looking for another great woodworker to join our team.
What You'll Be Building
You'll work on a variety of custom projects including:
Custom kitchens
Bathroom vanities
Home offices
Built-ins
Dining tables
Furniture pieces
Specialty woodworking projects
No production line work.
No repetitive factory environment.
Every project is different and every project matters.
