This is a full-time, on-site role for a Classroom Teacher located in Keller, TX. The Classroom Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment, and evaluating student progress. Additional responsibilities include managing classroom activities, collaborating with colleagues to develop instructional strategies, and maintaining effective communication with students, parents, and staff. Furthermore, the teacher will actively participate in school activities that align with HCA's Christ-centered mission.
- Expertise in Lesson Planning and Education, with a strong understanding of developing and implementing curriculum
- Proficiency in Teaching and Training to ensure effective instruction and student engagement
- Excellent Communication skills to maintain collaboration with students, parents, and staff
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering academic and spiritual growth in students
- Prior classroom teaching experience is highly desirable
