Role Description
This is a full-time (35 hours/week), on-site role located in Sun Prairie, WI. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will support day-to-day office operations, including greeting patients, managing phone communications, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities include receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring patients have a positive experience during their visits. You will play an essential role in fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and staff. ***Harvest prefers to hire a Radiologic Technologist that can also perform these duties.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Experience with appointment scheduling and managing office calendars
- Proficiency in performing receptionist duties, including check-in and record management
- A background in customer service with a commitment to providing a patient-centered experience
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Chiropractic care or health services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a similar role is preferred
