Looking for a motivated and energetic person for a line server and cashier position to join our team at the Harvest Bowl. Must be someone ambitious, organized, clean, multi-tasker and a team player. The line server/cashier will be responsible for helping our customers build bowls, in a fun, fast, and friendly environment. If you are looking for fun and positive, look no further! You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly manner. Multi tasking is key! You can have a customer at the counter, an uber order and a phone call all at once but must be managed in an organized manner. If you enjoy high pace and meeting new people than we would LOVE to meet you!

Expectations

-Prep ingredients as stock runs low

-Help customers with the menu and build bowls

-Learn bowls and menu ingredients

-Prepare all coffee drinks and flavors

-Organize bakery

-Clean and organize area daily

-Keep track of inventory in the area

-Great communications skills with team members and customers

This is a large space that is counter service/quick serve!

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our café standards.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the cash register.
• Assist with food preparation and culinary tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area.
• Uphold food handling and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
