Salaried Float Position Between Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab and Stone Cottage Care Center Available!
Salary: $72,800-$114,400
Shift: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Our physical and occupational therapy clinic is looking for a Rehab Director to help lead day-to-day operations.
- Oversee clinic therapists and assistants
- Ensure that staff licenses are up-to-date
- Ensure compliance with regulations and clinic policies
- Perform documentation audits
- Maintain patient care standards
- Implement new patient programs
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited university with a Doctorate, MS, MA, BS, BA or Associates degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy.
- Three years direct patient care experience , and either one year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or has functioned successfully as a point person under the supervision of a Clinical Operations Area Director for a period of one year.
