Position Description
The Data Analyst will provide analysis to fundraising executives at assigned Harvard Schools and Units. This person will leverage the infrastructure of central AA&D resources and provide analytics tailored to School's specific business questions and goals. The ideal candidate will possess great listening skills, curiosity, proficiency at learning new technical skills and empathy for our business partners' needs and challenges.

Work Format Details
This is a hybrid position that is based in Massachusetts. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
This position is hybrid, but the exact schedule may be subject to change due to any operational adjustments in the department.
Salary : $5,250
