As a key member of our legal team, you'll help ensure the integrity of our corporate governance and compliance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Board & Committee Support: Prepare materials for Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings, and manage follow-up actions with precision.
- Policy Enforcement: Assist in implementing and monitoring the Company's securities trading policy.
- Regulatory Filings: Support NYSE and SEC filings and submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Subsidiary Management: Form, register, and maintain records for subsidiaries and branches, including drafting annual reports, resolutions, consents, and powers of attorney
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and CTAdvantage/hCue
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
