This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on kitchen work and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fried chicken and buffet items according to company standards
- Maintain buffet line by refilling food and ensuring freshness and presentation
- Monitor fryers, food temperatures, and cooking times
- Assist with prep work, dishes, and general kitchen cleaning
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Work closely with teammates to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willing to handle cleaning duties and dishes as part of daily tasks
- Dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
- Kitchen or fast-food experience is a plus, but not required
