About the Role:

As a Hartville Kitchen Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact in our office for guests, customers, and callers. This fast-paced position requires a friendly personality, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

What You'll Do:

• Greeting guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide accurate information and assist callers with questions
• Route visitors and inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Process bakery and carry-out orders
• Take concert tickets and seasonal event orders
• Enter and maintain accurate information and records
• Create signage and assist with office-related projects
• Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with holiday meal orders and special promotions
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service
