Part-Time Receptionist
Availability Required:
Must be available between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Saturday (20-25 hours per week)

About the Role
As a Receptionist, you are the first impression for our guests — both in person and over the phone. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask with a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard
- Transfer calls, take messages, and provide accurate information
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a pleasant and professional phone presence
- Perform data entry, typing, proofreading, and basic office tasks
- Create signage for gift shop and sales areas as needed
- Process carry-out and bakery orders (same day and future orders)
- Take concert ticket orders (phone and in-person)
- Complete sales order forms
- Communicate with maintenance and other departments as needed
- Monitor emergency alerts and assist with announcements if necessary
- Handle busy situations with professionalism and efficiency
