We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of our delicious homestyle dishes. In this role, you will be responsible for prepping ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring that everything is ready for the busy service hours. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining the quality and consistency of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen needs.
• Food Prep: Assist in the preparation of sauces, soups, salads, and other components required for daily menu items.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Recipe Adherence: Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and high quality in all prepared items.
• Team Support: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient preparation and service.
• Equipment Use: Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, and other tools.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays. Wednesday and Sundays off
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
