We are looking for Full-Time Purchasing Clerk III to join our Tukwila Team!
Receive incoming materials
- Maintain and organize storeroom
- Stock and deliver materials to production floor
- prepare materials to ship
- Data Entry
- Problem Solving
- Administrative Support
Working Hours:
06:00am-0430pm: Monday - Thursday

Requirements
- Obtains approvals of matched invoices with PO’s and pack lists
- Codes and tracks invoices during processing
- Scans approved invoices and sends to Corporate AP department
- Reviews vendor statements and resolves payment of past-due invoices
- Maintain monthly accrual worksheets
- Issues purchase orders required as a result of items that reached minimum inventory levels on plant consumable inventory count
- Issues and receives weekly plant consumables inventory count
- Issues purchase orders on a daily basis for items requisitioned and approved by Plant Manager and/or Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager
- Purchases and controls inventory of office supplies
- Assists Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager, as directed
- Is an active member and participates in Cost Reduction Committee
- Able to lift between 50lbs.
