What You’ll Do

Our Maintenance Technicians keep all plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good working condition and repair by performing mechanical duties throughout the entire plant including electrical, plumbing, and welding. A typical day could include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Performing preventive maintenance to glass fabrication machinery
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment failures
- Dismantling machines, replacing defective parts, making any necessary adjustments to ensure the machines are operating efficiently
- Fabricating machine guards, installing or repairing conveyers, and replacing motors and pumps
- Maintaining fluid collection or distribution equipment or repairing electro-mechanical equipment.
Requirements
What qualities will succeed here?
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of mechanical and electrical experience
- Familiarity with industrial and/or manufacturing machinery maintenance
- Experience with electrical, welding, plumbing, mechanical repairs, etc.
- Focused on safety
- Great Attendance and Teamwork
- Have a great can-do attitude
- Pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana).
- Able to lift between 50-75 lbs
- Able to work overtime
Preferred Requirements:
- 5 years of manufacturing machinery or industrial maintenance experience
- CNC machine maintenance experience highly preferred
- PLC drive, schematic a plus

Swing Shift: 2pm-1030pm
Pay: $30.00 – 40.00/hr depending on experience.
