Saturday 11am till 7pm, Sunday 12pm till 5pm ,Monday 12pm till 7pm then following week it would be Tuesday 12pm till 7pm Wednesday 12p till 7pm and Thursday 12p till pm

Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and speed
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demonstrations when needed
- Manage cash handling procedures, including cash register balancing and maintaining accurate cash drawer records
- Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains inviting and well-maintained
- Support product demos to educate customers about new or featured items, encouraging engagement and sales
- Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Prior supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Knowledge of grocery store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory management
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, and customer service to deliver a seamless shopping experience
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling and sales transactions
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Enthusiasm for product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue
