As the first and last person our clients interact with, our CSRs play a vital role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping our medical team provide outstanding patient care.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Check clients in and out while processing payments accurately.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, prescriptions, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Educate clients on wellness care, preventative medicine, and hospital services.
- Handle difficult situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Keep area's clean, organized, and inviting.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable using computers and learning veterinary software.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous veterinary experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with exceptional customer service experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Veterinary reception or medical office experience preferred.
- Experience with Pulse or other veterinary software is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and assist with pets when needed.
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day.
