HVAC Service Expert – $35–$40/hr Commissions | No Weekends
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Service Expert to diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems while helping customers make confident buying decisions through our proven service process.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Complete whole-home system inspections
- Present multi-option service proposals to customers
- Follow up to ensure clarity and satisfaction
- Collaborate with install coordinators, dispatch, and customer service
- Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and equipment
- Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and service KPIs
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (6:30am–6:00pm, schedule varies)
- $35–$40/hr 2% commission on sales and service work
- No weekend work

Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 years HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required; NATE preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong sales and communication skills
