HVAC Technician

HVAC Service Technician – $35–$40/hr Commissions | No Weekends
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Service Tech to diagnose, repair, and service HVAC systems while helping customers make confident buying decisions through our proven service process.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
  
• Complete whole-home system inspections
  
• Present multi-option service proposals to customers
  
• Follow up to ensure clarity and satisfaction
  
• Collaborate with install coordinators, dispatch, and customer service
  
• Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and equipment
  
Meet and exceed sales, revenue, and service KPIs

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (6:30am–6:00pm, schedule varies)
  
• $35–$40/hr 2% commission on sales and service work
  
• No weekend work

• 2 years HVAC service experience
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  
• Strong sales and communication skills
  
• If you don't already have your EPA Certification, we will help you get it within the first 90 days
