Landscaping Crew Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to supervise and work alongside crew members in delivering high-quality landscaping services. The ideal candidate has prior landscaping experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to safely operate trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, hardscaping, and general grounds maintenance
• Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers
• Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate effectively with clients and management
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on job sites

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Proven prior landscaping experience 3 years (crew leader experience preferred)
• Ability to drive a truck and pull a trailer safely
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Experience operating landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, skid steers, etc.)
• Knowledge of plant identification and basic irrigation systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
