Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Schedulers, Traders, and Middle Office teams to verify trade details, confirm product movement timing, and resolve trade discrepancies
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Review pricing, prepare, and issue invoices for both provisional and final settlements
- Ensure all payments are processed using accurate and approved banking instructions
- Validate and maintain new Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) in Fenergo in accordance with established procedures and control
- Prepare and submit settlement packages to support payment processing and cash flow forecasting
- Liaise with counterparties to obtain confirmation of daily cash receipts and proactively follow up on outstanding or failed payments
- Perform OTC settlement activities, including settlement analysis, preparation of invoices and credit notes, and confirmation of settlement transactions
- Process foreign exchange (FX) settlement transactions as required, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Support departmental and cross-functional initiatives by participating in special projects and performing additional duties as assigned by management
Experience, Competencies, Skills and Education
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules and business needs.
- Experience with coding, scripting, or data automation tools is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, work location, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
