We are partnering with a leading global diagnostics company to recruit a National Sales Manager for the United States market. This is an exceptional opportunity to champion an innovative diagnostics portfolio, drive commercial growth across the USA, and build high-impact customer relationships. In this role, you will lead national sales execution, exceed revenue and system placement goals, and act as a trusted partner to clinical laboratories nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and surpass national sales revenue and system placement targets
- Develop and execute U.S. sales strategies for both established and newly launched products
- Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Manage and expand key accounts, ensuring strong engagement and a deep understanding of customer purchasing pathways
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and maintain CRM data to the highest standards
- Proactively manage tender and contract opportunities within a 24-month planning cycle
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events
Requirements
- BA degree in a life science discipline
- Strong understanding of clinical applications within pathology; experience in a clinical laboratory environment is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years’ direct sales experience selling into clinical laboratories, preferably high-value capital equipment or reagent rental solutions
- Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional business acumen, negotiation capabilities, and strategic planning skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license
