You will:
- Provide scientific leadership across clinical development programs
- Contribute to protocol design, clinical study execution, and data interpretation
- Act as a key interface between Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Translational, and external partners
- Support medical monitoring activities and safety review processes
- Author and review clinical documents (protocols, IBs, CSRs, regulatory responses)
- Partner closely with CROs and investigators to ensure high‑quality trial delivery
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- PhD in a life sciences discipline (required)
- Proven experience as a Clinical Scientist within small biotech environments
- Hands‑on exposure to early‑phase clinical development
- Strong scientific communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast‑moving, resource‑lean setting
- U.S. work authorisation required
