Senior Vice President, Clinical Development

What You’ll Do:
- Own and lead the global clinical development strategy across multiple programs
- Drive Phase 2 and future pivotal studies, including programs in rare and complex diseases
- Design innovative clinical protocols and guide regulatory strategy from IND through late-stage development
- Oversee clinical operations and CRO partnerships to ensure high-quality, efficient trial execution
- Serve as a key external leader with regulatory agencies, investigators, and future partners
- Build and scale a world-class clinical development organization
What We’re Looking For:
- MD (MD/PhD strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership in biotech clinical development, ideally within cell therapy, regenerative medicine, or advanced therapeutics
- Track record of advancing programs through mid-to-late stage clinical trials
- Deep experience engaging with regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA)
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution and team-building ability
