We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Craft Cocktail Bar Manager to lead our Tasting Room / Main Bar operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Supervise all bar operations, beverage service, and customer interactions
- Lead, train, and develop bar staff to ensure high standards of service and teamwork
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Oversee POS system Toast to ensure accurate transactions and cash handling
- Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conduct shift management, including scheduling staff ensuring smooth service flow
- Analyze profit and loss reports to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience with craft cocktail bar management or casual dining settings with bar experience
- Demonstrated management skills with experience supervising hospitality teams or managing restaurant operations
- Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight, staff training, and customer service excellence
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, budgeting, and P&L analysis
- Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles is highly preferred
- Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a lively atmosphere
