Now Hiring: Client Success Partner
📍 East Aurora, NY | 🕗 Full-Time, On-Site | 💼 Exempt Position
Hartloff Benefit Solutions, a full-service employee benefits and Medicare firm, is looking for a highly motivated Client Success Partner to join our team.
We are a boutique brokerage built on relationships, not red tape. Personalized service is at the heart of everything we do, and we take pride in truly knowing our clients and each other. We’ve intentionally created a customer-centric model that feels natural, not forced, and we’re looking for someone who believes in that approach. If you’re highly adaptable, take initiative, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team and our clients, you’ll feel right at home here.
