About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to own and grow the Arizona market. You'll serve as the face of the company, managing existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities across the electrical power and industrial sectors.
This territory has strong momentum and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
In this role, you'll spend most of your time in the field conducting customer visits, delivering product presentations, providing technical and commercial support, and working closely with manufacturers and internal teams to move opportunities forward.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established Arizona territory through active prospecting and account management
- Conduct in-person customer visits throughout the Phoenix, Tucson, and surrounding markets
- Deliver product presentations and provide technical and commercial support
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted resource for customers
- Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to drive sales opportunities
- Maintain pipeline activity in the CRM and consistently achieve sales goals
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and regional industry seminars
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of outside sales experience, preferably within electrical, industrial, or other technical markets
- Proven ability to prospect, manage accounts, and close new business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest in electrical power or industrial products (technical product knowledge can be developed on the job)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a territory independently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000
Bonus: Discretionary annual performance bonus
