Key Responsibilities
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the facility’s overall operations and clinical and financial success. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining budget compliance and financial performance
- Overseeing daily facility operations
- Supporting staff recruitment, development, and retention
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Supporting marketing and census-development initiatives
- Providing leadership and oversight to all facility departments
- Promoting a culture of quality care, accountability, and teamwork
Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state
- Strong knowledge of managed care and high-volume Medicare operations
- Sound, professional judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and effectively manage data
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professional working relationships with associates, residents, families, vendors, and community partners

Salary : $130,000 - $1,500,000
