Manages aspects of all housing-related operations to include overseeing key aspects of furniture management, room assessments, proactive facility maintenance, vendor relations, and highest level of customer service. Supports overall housing operations and ensures a positive experience for residents and staff. In all actions, maintains privacy and confidentiality of records in accordance with established University policy as well as applicable federal regulations appropriate to higher education. Performs all duties in full support of the University’s mission, understanding the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the University’s students.
