Hartford Stage is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Associate Director of Philanthropy to join our External Relations leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraising professional to build meaningful donor relationships, inspire philanthropic investment, and help sustain the artistic excellence and community impact of our Tony Award-winning theater.
Reporting to the Director of External Relations, this position will lead major gift cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship; manage a portfolio of approximately 100 donors and prospects; supervise fundraising staff; and partner with organizational leadership and the Board of Directors to advance ambitious fundraising goals.

SALARY
$70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
