No Late night Hours - Cafe hours are 7am to 4 pm
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of food service professionals, including baristas, cooks, and front-of-house staff, to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth shift management, timely food preparation, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory control for bakery ingredients, supplies, and equipment using POS systems such as Toast POS.
- Supervise food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing shift reports.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production that meets brand standards and customer expectations.
Skills
- Extensive experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments.
- Strong background in managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis within a hospitality setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in casual dining or bakery environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures for safe food handling and sanitation.
