We're a family-owned, faith-guided general contractor serving the Phoenix metro area for 14 years. Our work spans residential remodels and new builds as well as select commercial and multi-family projects. With 30 to 40 in the field and a tight-knit office team, we operate like one big family; quarterly team events, open communication, and a culture built on trust, accountability, and doing right by clients and partners. As an

, you'll be the financial foundation of our projects, creating accurate, transparent, and well-structured estimates that set our team up for success. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Project Managers to ensure every project starts on the right foot, clear, priced properly, and ready to execute.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate estimates for remodels, additions, and new construction projects.

• Develop detailed proposal packages that inspire client confidence.

• Analyze scopes and plans, identify risks, and adjust allowances as needed.

• Collaborate with Sales and PMs to ensure smooth project handoffs and strong budgets.

• Continuously improve templates and processes to make estimating faster and smarter.

• Support change orders and pre-construction agreements to keep projects profitable.

• Your estimates are clear, complete, and reliable.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in construction estimating (residential preferred).

• Strong understanding of building plans, takeoffs, and material pricing.

• Detail-driven mindset with the ability to see the bigger financial picture.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive problem-solver, you spot issues before they become problems.

• Comfortable using JobTread or similar estimating/project management platforms.

• Reliable transportation to visit sites as needed in the Phoenix metro area.

Pay & Details

• Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 base (based on experience) performance bonuses

• Employment type: Full-time, exempt

• Location: Based in Apache Junction; projects throughout the Phoenix metro/East Valley (no Tucson travel)
