General Laborer

Harter's Fox Valley Disposal is seeking a hardworking, dependable General Laborer to join our team. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including assisting around the shop and yard, performing yard waste collection, and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shop and yard operations.
• Perform yard waste collection and disposal.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate hand tools and light equipment as needed.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Assist with general maintenance and repairs.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Previous labor, landscaping, construction, or shop experience is helpful but not required.
