 PART-TIME TRUNK SHOW BRAND AMBASSADOR

HART’s Trunk Show Brand Ambassador is a travel focused role (both within driving distance and air travel). Candidates must have an ability to travel a minimum of one full weekend per month (each month will depend on opportunities presented and may include evening hours and more events during our busier holiday months). They are organized, a problem solver, and dedicated to building relationships while bringing the HART in-store experience on the road. They are a key brand ambassador on the road and off, energized by travel and the retail experience. HART’s Jewelry Trunk Show Brand Ambassador provides a best-in-class retail experience with a focus on jewelry assembly and sales. 

This position is based in Charleston and reports to the Wholesale & Brand Experience Manager. Ideal candidates would have experience working in retail/customer service and thrive in an environment in which they are able to act as a brand steward who is solely responsible for the end to end logistics of a successful trunk show including: set-up, merchandising, payment processing, relationship building and logistics. 

EVENTS AND TRUNK SHOWS

  This role is solely focused on traveling to trunk shows, with a minimum requirement of ability to travel for one full weekend a month with opportunity to travel more often

  Become an expert at jewelry styling, jewelry knowledge and jewelry assembly based on HART standards

  Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a focus on quality, sales and relationship building

  Ensures all visual merchandising standards are maintained and trunk show set-up is always client-ready and tidy at all times

  Ensure all product and displays are correctly packed up after trunk shows

  Run all payments and products correctly through our point of sale system

  Act as a liaison between the brand and the trunkshow partner upholding our values

  Drive business through creating genuine relationships with customers 

  
  

This role offers a flexible schedule based on individual availability. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds.
