Your job purpose :
Reporting to the Logistics Manager (U.S), the Logistics Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics and shipping/receiving operations at their respective Hart Print U.S. location (Elkton). This role ensures that all orders are shipped on time, that statuses are updated, and that all necessary documentation is produced and accessible to the shipping staff. The Team Lead works closely with production, Logistics Managers across sites, and the Head of Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations and execution.

How you will make an impact:
- Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution;
- Supervise daily activities and support logistics coordinators, assigning priorities and ensuring accountability;
- Act as the main logistics point of contact at the site, ensuring strong alignment with warehouse, customer experience, and production teams;
- Identify trends in delayed pickups, unpaid finished goods, or inventory build-ups that may impact working capital;
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager to support continuous improvement initiatives;
- Escalate any operational issues or delays to the Logistics Manager or Head of Supply Chain and help troubleshoot on the floor in real-time;
- Validate that all documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices, etc.) is completed and filed appropriately;
- Maintain high safety and accuracy standards in all shipping activities;
- Monitor and report on inventory value, aging stock, and slow movers.
Knowledge and skills required
- 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics coordination;
- Able to lead daily priorities, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and support colleagues;
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse workflows and transportation requirements (LTL, FTL, couriers);
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing paperwork and outbound execution;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities;
- Proficiency in shipping software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
