IMMEDIATE OPENING- Multifunction Copier/Printer Technician
Well established, expanding local office solutions company is seeking an additional copier technician to assist with our continued growth within North Central West Virginia. Technician will perform diagnostic and repair services on a variety of multifunction and printer product lines and must have great customer service skills. Prior experience not required. Training on equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site field service and repair for multifunction copiers and printers, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Utilize hand tools and schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer service relationships by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share knowledge on best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency for equipment repair
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
