What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Parts Consultant position at Hart Motor Company?
Hart Motors Collision Center is looking for an Parts Counter Person to fit into our Service Team. Competitive pay based on experience!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sells parts internally, retail, and wholesale customers
- Accurately answers parts related questions or inquiries for customers
- Replenishes assigned inventory daily
- Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Pulls and fills orders from stock
- Receives payments/credit authorizations from customers and vendors
- Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
Qualifications
- Have experience in a dealership service center or with auto parts sales
- Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Customer service skills
