Role Description

The Customer Service Account Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, resolving issues, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality insurance solutions. This is a full-time on-site role located in Erie, PA.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to handle client concerns effectively.
• Experience as a Customer Service Representative and ability to foster positive client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including skills in maintaining records and managing client requirements.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with common office software and CRM tools is preferred.
