This role is focused on running install jobs, leading a helper, and completing quality HVAC system installations.

Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations
- Work with and manage an install helper
- Complete installs efficiently and correctly
- Communicate with customers on-site
Requirements
- 5 years of HVAC install experience
- Experience as a lead installer
- Ability to run jobs independently
- Valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits
- $32–$38/hour (based on experience)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Experience:
- HVAC Install : 5 years (Preferred)
- Lead Install: 1 year (Preferred)
