What You'll Do
- Manage environmental assessment and remediation projects from planning through completion
- Collaborate with clients, regulators, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Develop technical strategies, budgets, schedules, and high-quality deliverables
- Serve as a mentor and resource for junior staff
- Build relationships with clients and contribute to project growth opportunities
- · Identify ways to improve processes and support firm-wide initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of environmental consulting experience
- Strong experience with environmental site assessment and remediation, including:
- Phase I and Phase II ESAs
- Vapor intrusion assessment
- NC Brownfields and voluntary cleanup programs
- Experience working with regulatory agencies in North and South Carolina
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to keep growing professionally
