We're looking for an Inventory Control & Fulfillment Specialist to join our warehouse team and help us continue delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
You'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Replenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations.
- Perform inventory control and stock management tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily production and accuracy goals.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing quality work.
Preferred qualifications include:
- At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or order fulfillment experience
- Experience picking, packing, stocking, or replenishing inventory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk throughout the workday
- Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, crouch, and climb ladders
- Regularly lift cartons weighing up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift cartons weighing up to 60 pounds
- Safely perform physical warehouse work in a fast-paced environment
